Flapper Girl’s Insults is an artwork based on the 1920s and shows how the same insults used then are being used now. The girl in the piece shows us how she just kept dancing, even through the words being yelled at her in her daily life. She could not have gone to the park, or to a club without one of these words being thrown at her due to the outfit she was wearing, but without the flappers, we would not be able to wear what we want now without having at least five different people shaming us because of our outfit.
